The Vivo Y200 Pro 5G has been announced in India months after the launch of the Vivo Y200 5G. It is the first Y-series to feature a 3D curved AMOLED display and also offers a 1300 nits peak brightness, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, and much more. Take a look at the price and features.

Vivo Y200 Pro 5G price in India, availability

The Vivo Y200 Pro 5G is launched for Rs 24,999 for the sole 8GB+128GB storage variant. It comes in Silk Black and Silk Green colour options and can be availed via the company’s online channel, Flipkart and retail partner. The company is also offering a bank discount of Rs 1,500 on select HDFC, ICICI, and SBI Credit Card and Debit Card.

Vivo Y200 Pro 5G specifications

The Vivo Y200 Pro 5G flaunts a 6.78-inch Full HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. To recall, the Vivo Y200 5G was launched with a smaller 6.67-inch display and 800 nits of peak brightness. Additionally, this new phone is touted to be the first Y-series phone to flaunt a curved display.

The phone is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with Adreno 619 GPU than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 on the Vivo Y200 5G. The Snapdragon 695 is comparatively faster than the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset in terms of gaming and CPU performance, but is still dated.

The Y-series phone packs 8GB RAM that can be extended by 8GB via virtual RAM support and 128GB of internal storage. It operates on Funtouch OS 14-based on Android 14. It is worth noting that the Y200 5G was also launched with the same 8GB+128GB storage.

The Vivo Y200 Pro 5G comes with a 64MP main camera with f/1.79 aperture and a 2MP portrait camera with f/2.4 aperture with LED flash and Aura LED on the rear. Meanwhile, the front has a 16MP sensor with f/2.45 aperture. The Y200 also featured the same camera unit.

In terms of battery, the Vivo Y200 Pro 5G houses a 5,000mAh battery and 44W fast charging technology, indicating an upper hand compared to the Vivo Y200 5G, which offers a 4,800mAh battery.
